2013 Blink Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. was founded.

In 2013, it expanded into the field of Mobile Tracking Systems by establishing Blink Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.

 

2018 Agreement with Marriott Hotel.

In 2018, Mıstaçoğlu Group partnered with Marriott, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups.

 

2019 Investor, constructor, and operator of Sheraton Bishkek Hotel.

The group entered the tourism sector in 2019 as the investor, builder, and operator of Sheraton Bishkek Hotel.

 

2019 Investor and operator of BishkekPark Mall & Prime Suites Residence.

Mıstaçoğlu Holding is also the investor and operator of BishkekPark Mall and Prime Suites Residence.

 

2021 Mobiltel İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. went public.

In 2021, Mobiltel İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. was listed on Borsa İstanbul.

 

2021 Omix joined Mıstaçoğlu Holding.

At the end of 2021, Mıstaçoğlu Holding acquired the Singapore-based innovative technology brand OMIX, bringing smart phone and smart home products to Turkish consumers.

 

2024 OPPO joined forces with Mıstaçoğlu Holding.

As of 2024, through its group company AGM A.Ş., Mıstaçoğlu Holding became the official partner to handle OPPO’s production, sales, and service operations in Türkiye.

 

2024 AGM manufacturing and technology factory opened.

The AGM manufacturing and technology factory was officially opened in 2024.
