Mıstaçoğlu Holding has been operating in 14 fields with domestic and overseas companies since 1994, namely the industries of technology, mobile communications, mining, and real-estate development and management.

In 2001, Mıstaçoğlu Holding established Mobiltel İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., the flagship company of the group and thereby strengthened its presence in the telecommunications industry, and later established Blink Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in 2013, operating in the field of Mobile Tracking Systems.

Continuing its business life filled with accomplishments, in 2018 Mıstaçoğlu Holding entered into an agreement with Marriott, one of the world’s leading groups in the accommodation industry, and also entered the tourism industry as the investor, builder, and operator of the Sheraton Bishkek Hotel, which opened in 2019.

At the same time, Mıstaçoğlu Holding is the investor and operator of BishkekPark Mall and Prime Suites Residence.

The Holding publicly listed Mobiltel İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ on Borsa Istanbul in 2021. By the end of 2021, it acquired the Singapore-based innovative technology brand OMIX, and started to provide smartphone and home technology products to users in Türkiye.

As of 2024, the Holding became a business partner of the global technology giant OPPO in order to carry out manufacturing and sales, and provide services in Türkiye through one of their companies in the group, AGM A.Ş.
